Day 1 - You only have one you!
Mantra: My journey isn’t being marked or graded. It’s simply a beautiful thing discovering my self-awareness.
If you’re looking to express your voice as a performer, as a creative or as a human being and you’re struggling, there is something blocking your inner voice from flowing. Your inner voice if you allow it to be free, which you deserve, will not only become your best friend but your cheerleader, your coach, your support, your source of encouragement, your source of self-love; it can be anything you need it to be. Your inner voice will help you move along in the process of truly discovering what it means to love yourself and live authentically. When we move through life as our authentic self, we are able to realize our dreams and experience more meaning in our lives.
If you can imagine pushing your inner voice forward and learning through these lessons and experiences, you will add to the incredibly infinite supply of power available to you for the rest of your life.
I realized I wanted to find my inner voice during a period of my life that was really difficult. I was so tired of struggling and felt confused. I didn’t understand why I was waking up and going to bed with such anxieties, insecurities, and weight on my heart. I was crying all the time, overly emotional, tired, and my body hurt. When this eventually got too loud for me, I made a change because I didn’t want to continue to live my life like that because a small voice in my being, my inner voice, told me that I deserved better.
I started on the road to self-discovery and along the way, I picked up a lot of useful tools that have helped me navigate through rocky situations and really deep and dark circumstances, as well as tools that help me truly enjoy the joys that life gives me; tools like gratitude and self-love, and learning that my body is so powerful. It is powerful because it protects what’s more important to me; my soul, my heart, my spirit, my emotions, my psyche, my brain; everything inside.
The best you can do is make sure your inner voice is always heard and spoken for. You only have one you.

Exercises
Today’s exercises are opportunities to move your inner voice and create a foundation for the days ahead. Each exercise simply emphasizes expression, self-love, or connection. Trust the process and lean into whatever way you can apply these exercises in your life today. Adapt the exercises as needed.
Put a song on that speaks to you and sing! Whether it’s in the shower or humming along on the way to run errands. A simple little song goes a long way.
Start a new facial routine; cleanser, toner, moisturizer etc. Love on your body and really take time cleansing your face. Even a splash of cold water in the morning is a beneficial facial routine. When I do this sometimes I act as if I’m washing any "negative fluff" I woke up with.
Text, email, or write cards to 3 people you love dearly and tell them how much you cherish them.
Journal Prompts
Record the details and specifics of your exercises above.
