Day 11 - Share Your He(art)
I’m so excited you have taken this journey with me towards discovering your he(art). Showing up for yourself in this way is an ongoing process and you should be so proud of the energy and time you’ve dedicated to yourself!
We’ve practiced:
selfstudy
cues
self-care
vulnerability
tuning into your desires
he(art) mapping
positively engaging with social media
sharing honestly
…and much more!
You have made it through so much. What you have discovered in the last 10 days is something you should feel very proud of. Own that. Live in that moment. Live in the fact that you just bettered yourself and put time into your heart. You put love into it. That’s amazing.
For our final day, I want to talk about moving onward, about where we go from here.
One of the things I talked about early on in this course was struggling to put one foot in front of the other. Sometimes it all is just too overwhelming and daunting to put all of these things together and to show up as myself. I talked about how weird it felt guiding you through something I myself am practicing and struggling through every day. But here we are. We all kept going. We worked every day to put our fears and doubts aside and we showed up for each other. You now get to put your ego aside and show up for the people around you who need guides. THAT'S how you continue to move onward.
So where do we go from here?
We go on. We guide. We share our stories and hearts with others who need it.
It is now your responsibility to show up wherever you end up, and be 100% truthful to WHO YOU ARE. Show up with kindness and respect for others and the journeys they are on. It is now your responsibility to guide. To connect with people. To talk with people. Because YOU decided to take this journey with me, you now have the tools to work on yourself and to work on your he(art). So start sharing it. Leave yourself and each person better than you left them. I truly believe our job in this world is to leave it better than we found it. You are now the change you wish to see in the world. So go. Change it.
